Monday, January 09, 2006 + Where have all the singles gone? + Its so cool that Eddie got married, to his 1st girlfriend some more, first and last... hahahha! Was at his wedding at St Andrew's Cathedral on Saturday. What a pretty church these dudes have, fairy tale wedding eh? After the refreshments, i went off to play DOTA again for the first time in months. Melvin, Jianhao n Benny came along, couldn't help but wonder if they'll be LAN gaming today, reciting vows tomorrow... Seems so far yet frighteningly close. One by one i've seen the "Old Guard" of the now de-funct Nissi Fellowship tying the knot. Fuyan, Yunxian, Ming Hui, Meng Heng, Samuel, Eugene, and now Eddie. Now im comin close to seeing my 1st full year as committee treasurer in the newly-formed Synthesis Youths. Passed my 21st Birthday in Dec, big thankx to all u wonderful ppl who showed up, and bought me such cool stuff! Here's a fact: im currently using every single pesent u guys n gals bought me, every last one. i thank God for letting me have all of u as frens! Funny incident: i gave Joshua an invitation to my 21st B'day in the usual envelope style, i jokingly said it was a wedding invitation, AND HE BELIEVED ME, for those few seconds until he noticed my mouth agape in stunned incomprehension. no, i refuse to tink im old, many dudes would kill to be 21 again. i was at Phoebe's 21st B'day on friday, shocking to think im older than her by a mere 5-6 weeks. hahahha! tick-tok-tick-tok we're all getting older, even as i write this n u read this. Oh well, big deal, there's still a life to lead. And today is the first day of the new semester. Was watchin "Wallace n Gromit" with Theody, Calvin n Evelyn on saturday nite, so cool to see those damn Madagascar Penguins again! Come to think of it, im the oldest of the lot, but thats ok, there are always the seniors in uni reminding me that this life of madness is far from over. hahahahah! How can i express the things im feeling? Maybe its more difficult for a guy. Luckily im an artist plus a former lit student so i can always fall back on one of me fav songs from an ever-growing mp3 collection. Its so cool that Eddie got married, to his 1st girlfriend some more, first and last... hahahha!
Was at his wedding at St Andrew's Cathedral on Saturday. What a pretty church these dudes have, fairy tale wedding eh? Seems so far yet frighteningly close.
