+ So long, so busy, so beat, so blah... SO OVER THAT SHITE! +
Cripes! i cant believe how long i've stopped bloggin. I used to blog under stress... but somehow i got so busy that i couldnt even blog... anyways... as most would have noticed... THE EXAMS ARE OH-VA! now i can spend time reminescing about how downright rushed and busy this whole damn sem was... THANK GOD its over... the great thing about hindsight is that its easier to be reminded of the roses and the shit... cos while your wading up to your neck in shit, u tend to overlook the roses. Lost in a blur of activity, sapped to within an inch of my being...  here's da scoop: Mar 30th, was my first stage production as a producer. Once again i'd landed myself in a production with 2 roles, (3 if you count my voice heard in the mango tree play) . Thats a record of 3 productions in a row. I cameo-ed as nihara's nameless bf....... ok stop laughing... i noe we is inter-racially scandalous...  I squeezed back into the o'l St Patricks uniform... the main gripe was the fact that I had a research paper due at 23:59 that same night... perhaps the wear was showing... hmmm... it was a poor foto... sorry i didnt smile enuf with our talented script writer, Danielle.  stress, stress, stress, at least found the heart to have many a good laugh. Especially at scenes like this: Anuja giving Benny's sarong a "check-up", or so they say...  here's a toast to our full cast!  another toast to our loyal A-block supporters, many of whom also had assignments due...  This was my last production of the sem. Damn... it really drained me. And the blah-dee exams where barely 4 weeks away, looming over my head like vultures waiting for me to croak.... Sometimes I wonder if I did one production too many... didn't need the points, my place in hall for next sem was secure by then... haiz... but I've spent time doing things I enjoy. Chances like these may never show up again once I start working. My grades probably suffered, but grades never gave me joy quite like acting. Realization of the day: I am a stage-whore.... and loving it.... Best Quote during production: "Ian! You're from St Pats?! So you should be a father of two by now right?" - Anuja cheers! *raises wine glass*
